2. Service Cancellation
- Before Project Commencement: Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment if the project work has not yet started. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover transaction and processing costs.
- After Project Commencement: Once a project has started — such as campaign setup, design, content creation, or SEO activities — cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund, as resources, tools, and time are already allocated to your project.
- Monthly/Subscription Services: For ongoing marketing or subscription-based plans, clients must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing date. Any cancellation received after renewal will be applied to the following billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances:
- If the service has not been initiated within 10 working days of payment and no communication or valid reason for delay has been provided by our team.
- If there is a proven error or fault from our side that cannot be reasonably corrected.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The client changes their mind after work has begun.
- Delays or unsatisfactory results due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or delayed approvals from the client’s side
- Services that are partially or fully delivered.
- Third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, domain, hosting, or software subscriptions) are non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Project Modification
If you wish to modify or upgrade your plan or scope of work, please contact our support team. Changes can be made based on project stage and feasibility, and additional costs may apply.
